COVID-19 Financial Response Strategy Tools for Providers

In April, the National Council and CohnReznick partnered with support from the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net to provide a COVID-19 Financial Response Strategy ECHO Series. This three-part series provided guidance on navigating cash flow constraints and financial/operational strategies for stabilizing operations.

The COVID Monthly Projection Template is a tool providers can use to forecast cash flow projections and control for various staffing, visit volume and reimbursement scenarios.
