Successful Practices in Accountable Care: Provider Health Link LLC

Provider Health Link, an Independent Practice Association (IPA) in Georgia established by the Georgia Primary Care Association, has much to teach health centers considering becoming partners towards financial and quality incentives. This paper provides health centers with some of the benefits of an independent practice association and keys to successful participation in one.
