Alumni Project Successes, Challenges, and Insights: Engaging with State Agencies

The first Grantee Session focused on strategies for engaging state agencies in Delta Center projects. During this session, Phase 1 alumni connected with the new Phase 2 cohort; alumni grantee teams shared successes, challenges, and insights from their past experiences in the Delta Center; and provided opportunities both the Phase 2 cohort and alumni to learn from one another. The session included presentations from the Missouri and New Mexico alumni teams and time for large and small group discussions.
