State Learning & Action Collaborative

The Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net hosts a State Learning & Action Collaborative that brings primary care associations and behavioral health state associations together to learn from experts and peers with the goal of advancing value-based payment and care in the safety net. The 2018-2020 cohort kicked off in June of 2018 in Denver, CO. Materials from the collaborative are available on the Convening pages.
