North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) & i2i Center for Integrative Health
The North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) and i2i Center for Integrative Health have established a strong partnership through our Delta Center work. With NCCHCA representing the 42 community health centers across our state and i2i Center for Integrative Health convening behavioral health and intellectual-developmental disabilities organizations and stakeholders, we are strengthening value-based planning, care, and contracting for members, stakeholders, and service utilizers in our state.
The North Carolina team is working to engage a group of primary care and behavioral health consumers and family members, and prospective care managers, who can articulate the value in care management, priority issues, and policy recommendations to be shared with North Carolina DHHS leaders and decisionmakers, AMH+s, and plan managers, and help shape North Carolina’s new approach to Medicaid managed care.
