The fifth grantee learning session, titled “Social Health,” took place on Wednesday, February 8. Participants heard from the ACT Center about social health integration in healthcare settings. Grantees also had an opportunity to connect with peers, discuss social health priorities in their states, and provide input on social health priorities for the next Delta Center convening.
