Delta Center Phase 1 Evaluation Report (2018-2021)

In its first three years (Phase 1), the Delta Center awarded grants to 12 state primary care association (PCA) and behavioral health state association (BHSA) teams to build their relationships, identify common goals and promising strategies, and conduct projects to advance policy and care change in their states. In this Phase 1 evaluation report, we describe the progress that state associations have made in building their capacity and relationships to advance VBP/C, some of the effects of COVID-19 on Delta Center state association plans and activities, state association staff perspectives on the Delta Center, and recommendations for Phase 2 of the Delta Center. These findings are based on data collected and analyzed by JSI and Mathematica.
