Delta Center State Learning & Action Collaborative Convening #6

The Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net held a sixth and final convening for state primary care associations and behavioral health state associations participating in the State Learning & Action Collaborative. In lieu of an in-person event, this virtual forum was an opportunity to honor and reflect on grantees’ Delta Center journeys and discuss partnerships moving forward.
