Delta Center Alumni Continue to Advance Collaborative Policy and Practice Work
The Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net is pleased to announce that eight alumni grants have been awarded to states that participated in the 2018–2020 State Learning & Action Collaborative. The alumni grant is an opportunity for state associations to continue meaningful advancement of their collaborative policy and practice work and to engage with the new cohort of grantees that will be kicking off in May 2021.
Alumni are undertaking a wide variety of projects from advancing integrated care models to engaging consumers in new ways. Highlights include:
- Advancing telehealth care and policy in the aftermath of the abrupt shift spurred by COVID-19
- Developing a statewide behavioral telehealth resource center
- Advancing the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model
- Exploring alternative payment models driving integration
- Improving diversity, equity and inclusion competency in service delivery
- Engaging consumers and care managers to help shape the future of Medicaid managed care
